Jim Crossman
Nashville, Tennessee, has been home for Jim Crossman most of his
life. He attended Julia Green Elementary, Hillsboro High, and Graduated
from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in 1963 with
a degree in Real Estate. Jim’s passion for his many interests
has lead him to notable success in Middle Tennessee’s real
estate industry in addition to having many personal accomplishments.
A devoted husband to his loving wife Mary and their two wonderful
children William and Carrie, Jim now enjoys spending time with
his new grandson born in 2007. Among his many community and industry
contributions, Jim has also been a member of the Calvary United
Methodist Church for 59 years and was also a past President of
Woodmont Kiwanis Club.
Frank Englert
Frank Englert brings a vast working knowledge of real estate to
Jim Crossman Realty. During the past over thirty-five years, his
experience has been grounded in the development and construction,
industrial, institutional, and medical properties. His background
gives him the unique ability to talk knowledgably with both buyers
and sellers alike about the properties in question. Since graduating
from Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering with a
Civil Engineering degree, Frank has dedicated his time and energy
to the deliverance of first class professional services whether
it be sales, marketing, project management, or estimating. Over
the last couple of years, he has been involved in the sale of commercial
real estate properties totaling approximately $14.8 million dollars.
